Healing Pelvic Pain

A self-paced online workshop for women struggling with painful sex, pelvic floor dysfunction, vaginismus, vulvodynia, endometriosis, bladder pain, and irritable bowel syndrome

Living with pelvic pain can be lonely and frustrating

If you are having hard time right now, know that you're not alone.

Pain is hard to live with, but especially in sensitive areas such as the vulva, the vagina, reproductive organs ,  bladder and bowel. As women, we have so much emotion and meaning wrapped up  "down there."

We don't feel comfortable sharing our pain with others. What's worse, when we do share, others may not understand or don't know how to help.

The truth is, most people (including medical providers) don't know enough about  pelvic pain in order to be truly supportive and helpful.

The good news? It doesn't have to stay that way.

Hello, I'm Dr. Anna Yam

I have over 6 years experience supporting women who struggle with pelvic pain. My expertise stems from providing direct patient care at a specialized pelvic pain clinic, and training in behavioral pain medicine & sex therapy.

Pain conditions don't just affect your body tissues, they affect your nervous system, your emotions, your sense of self and your relationships. Pain relief requires a broader, whole person focus.

In this workshop, I distill key concepts and interventions from my clinical practice.

Learners like you will receive the information and practical, evidence-based skills to make a real impact on your pain.
